| For the 2001 ACT Assembly election the Australian company Software Improvements developed eVACS® - the Electronic Voting and Counting System following a structured methodology and coding in C. A year later a portion of the system was re-engineered using executable translatable UML (xtUML) at the Australian National University. xtUML development occured more than two-and-a-half times faster and all development artefacts were of high integrity. |
