Software Improvements is now pleased to offer public training courses in these areas and dates have been set for February and April 2008. | Dr Malte Stien is a Software Developer with Software Improvements currently working on a project with the Australian Research Council. Dr Stien's presentation to the SQA Meeting conducted in Canberra on 21 June 2006, provided insight into the architecture of enterprise applications and how xtUML can be utilised in practice to implement them quickly and with limited resources. The presentation concluded with some measurements and a summary of practical experiences made while working with xtUML at the Australian Research Council. |

Jeffrey Frederick, Director of Engineering at Agitar Software, will talk about the impact of Agile software practices on developer responsibilities for code quality. This will be based on the real work experiences of the Agitar development team in applying Managed Developer (unit) testing, TDD, continuous integration (plus blending JUnit tests), and extreme feedback monitors.

Software Improvements will be conducting a briefing on Agitar's Agitator and Dashboard for developer testing of Java applications. Andrea Parsons, Business Development Manager for Software Improvements will present on the 3 generations of unit testing technology. This will be followed by a demonstration of Version 2.6 of Agitar's solution, designed to help developers create thorough sets of reusable unit-tests by intelligently exercising Java code to discover its behaviour, and the presentation of results via the Agitar Management Dashboard.
